  • Especially if you're new and just starting out, you can start seeing results with as little as 30minutes a day, 3 times per week. The trick is planning ahead and making it part of your daily/weekly routine, and staying consistent with it until it becomes a habit. If something DOES come up (as it seems to always do in life) and you legitimately are forced to miss a workout, ALWAYS make up it in the next 48hrs... even if it means doing something at home.
  • My best advice, especially if you are super-busy during the day or if you have a job that is very unpredictable... wake up early and do it first thing in the morning. This way, no matter what happens or how crazy or how long your days ends up being... you ALREADY got your "You-Time" in...even if it just for 30 minutes. 
"How do I get the materials once I've purchased them?"
  • Due to their size, some of the materials (like the KBNB's & iGNITE docs) can only be obtained by downloading them from the share file via DropBox. Upon purchase an email will be sent to you with the links to take you directly to the share file. From there you can download and save a copy.   • Access to the Virtual Training Studio can be found via the link on our Members Page. Upon purchase you'll be sent an email asking you to create a password. You can then access the Studio Via the Link on the Side Menu Bar of our Home Page --> JayCinFitness.com.
  • ​For the Customized Routine, an email will be sent to you containing questionnaire to be answered. These questions give us insight as to 1)- Where you are currently at, 2)- Things you've tried before in the past that HAVE worked as well as things that HAVEN'T, and 3)- What you are looking to accomplish. All of this will help us to better prepare and create an award-winning customized program to help jumpstart you to seeing results and take you to the next level.

  "What if there's something in the program that I don't understand?"

  "What if I have certain food allergies or diet restrictions?"
  • Here's my Canned-Answer 👉 You should always check with your Doctor before making any changes to your diet or beginning any new nutrition routine.
  • NowHere's the truth... chances are you've been living with these food allergies or diet restrictions for at least a couple years now, if not the greater-portion of your life. YOU KNOW pretty much what you SHOULD and SHOULD NOT do. If something is on the list that YOU KNOW you probably shouldn't be eating, swap it out with something that you can. If theres a particular nutrition strategy in one of the micro-phases that YOU KNOW wouldn't be appropriate for you to follow due to 1)- certain medical conditions, 2)- medications being taken, 3)- religious beliefs, etc..... then skip it and focus on one of the other half-dozen of strategies that WOULD be more appropriate for you. 
  • ​Always keep this in mind... as good as it is, this program is still simply just a guideline for you to follow...a path, if you will. And sometimes path's have detours. And while sometimes detours DO take us longer to get there, 9  out of 10 times they still get us to where we wanted to end up.
  "What if I have past injuries or physcial limitations that prevent me from doing some of the exercises / workouts?"
  • Any exercise that you feel is inappropriate due to past injuries or limitations can be swapped out and substituted for anything that: 1)- allows you to effectively recreate a similar training effect, and 2)- also allows you to safely work within the scope of your limitations.
